The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Project manager to join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

As our IT Project Manager you will join our growing team in Sofia, in a multinational role that will allow you to engage in multiple projects across multiple locations. This offers a unique opportunity to develop within various areas of project management (infrastructure, IT, software).

Principle Accountabilities

• Work with Business Partners, Platform Leads and Architects to shape IS demand into projects
• Develop detailed delivery, resource and financial plans for approved project investments, and support the procurement of external resources required to effect delivery
• Manage the engagement and mobilisation of external resources to projects
• Provide updates in Planview on project status, progress, resource requirements, quality and cost

Skills and Experience Required

• A proven track record in managing the delivery of complex, cross-functional and cross-geography IT programmes 
• Experience of driving business change as part of IT programme delivery 
• Considerable experience in the application of IT delivery methods (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, agile and classic approaches, etc.)
• Ability to build key relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in written and spoken English
